Article 1 – Name
The name of the ministry shall be “The Anchor Gospel Ministry.”
Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of The Anchor Gospel Ministry is to glorify God by:
- Teaching the Holy Scriptures faithfully and clearly
- Proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Equipping believers through sound doctrine
- Upholding a literal interpretation of Scripture
- Encouraging godly living and biblical hope
Article 3 – Statement of Faith
The ministry shall adhere to the Doctrinal Statement of Faith as adopted and published by The Anchor Gospel Ministry. This statement shall govern all teaching, publications, and ministry activities.
Article 4 – Authority of Scripture
The Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments shall be the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, practice, and governance.
Article 5 – Ministry Activities
The ministry may pursue its purpose through:
- Bible teaching and preaching
- Written, audio, and digital resources
- Evangelistic outreach
- Support of local churches
All activities shall be consistent with the Statement of Faith.
Article 6 – Finances
All funds shall be used solely to further the ministry’s stated purpose. No part of the ministry’s income shall be used for personal enrichment. Financial integrity and transparency shall be maintained.
Article 7 – Amendments
This constitution may be amended only by:
- Full agreement with the authority of Scripture
- Consistency with the core doctrinal position of the ministry
Article 8 – Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, any remaining assets shall be distributed to one or more Christian organisations whose doctrine and purpose are consistent with this ministry.
