Beauty is a thing most wonderful
At times almost too wonderful to be
In this dark world of sin and death
It is hard to find beauty at all
During these times of evil and war
Beauty seems so far away
All but a dream in an age past
Will we see beauty at last?
Do we seek for beauty inwardly?
Do we seek for beauty outwardly?
Any at all in the heart?
This beating flesh were sin originate
Seek not in the heart of man
For beauty is found in its creator
The embodiment of beauty is Christ
Seek there and you will be find
You see, this age seeks for beauty
In all the wrong places, where there is none
Come and have your heart filled, changed
From sin to beauty by Christ, through grace
