A yet more glorious day,
Where our sin and sorrow ebbs aways
Will soon be upon us
His chosen ones exalt Him thus

In the sea of forgiveness
Sin drowned in the vast ocean of righteousness
The Church will sing, ceaseless praise
And laud and honour will raise

Inspire thy people with holy fire
That Christ’s name be known
Like a flame’s light, in the dawn
To turn their night to day

And when that morning break
Fair and bright is the sight
O’ take and make for Christ’s sake
This sinner to be your delight
