Jerusalem, what joy and bliss

Within the City of Peace

Where sinners beyond our graze

Rest in Christ and His name praise

O’ great grace of God above

That He could ever love

Those that every hour, devour

His most holy law

The labour of our hands

Could never earn that heavenly land

None can ever keep thy commands

Repent, believe is thy demand

How can we then enter in

That glorious, righteous Kingdom

O’ Lord give us wisdom

To reject our ways of sin

To run the race of faith

Guide us, O’ Lord along the way

Direct us on the road to Zion

Saviour of souls, O’ Judea’s lion
