Lord of love,
Light of this world, may you grant your searchlight of the heart to me this night.
Lord, grant me your torch of hope in this dark world.
Shine forth your light of glory, for all to see.
Allow your light to be a beacon of hope and sanity in the lives of all who see it.
Lord, I pray for your guiding light of life, love, loyalty, and leadership in all my days.
Be always, Lord this world’s true light, Amen.
